The nearest port is less than 30 miles away at New Johnsonville, while the Port of Cates Landing at Tiptonville, a year-round, multimodal port with a 9,000 linear foot slack-water harbor is roughly 80 miles away. It is an unimpeded inland waterway, no locks and dams south to the Gulf of Mexico.
